We only forward the .support files to Skype payment support. They then have to reset the payment and then http://pamfax.biz/faq/1_36_en.html will bring the credits to you.
I can push on Skype again when you tell me your Skype username.

I sent a fax Monday, it was successfully delivered, but unreadable. I tried all day today to resend it but the program opens very slowly and after scanning the document and clicking send fax, it uploads about half way and then just sits there static for hours. There is no error message or other indication of problems. What is wrong with it? It did this once before, I thought it was my system, but I have since purchased a new system and it is doing it again.

Have you tried this: http://pamfax.biz/faq/1_36_en.html ?

If that does not help, please open "Tools" -> "Do More" -> "Organize your Extras" from the Skype main window.
Then click "Options" in the bottom left corner of the "Skype Extras Manager" and switch to the "Troubleshooting" tab.
Now click on the "Save" button and save the .support file. We will forward this file to Skype so that they can check what happened to your payment.

If the document contains more then one page, PamFax will fax all these pages in one fax (Office documents, PDF, ...). Indeed, the average pages per fax overall is more then 1 page per fax.

We also plan to add the feature to fax multiple documents in one fax (1 jpg + 1 doc + 1 gif,...).

How can I fax a document that is more than one page? I tried to load both and was only able to do one at a time, making 2 separate faxes.

Seems like the original poster may have connections with another server ??
I have just used Pam fax and great no sign up quick easy to follow will recommend to friends living in Thailand that want to send faxes as machines are few and far between. Some times for pension purposes we need to send just one fax a year so thanks for a good service

Please refund my $8.00 USD back to my skype account. This was due to a glich in pay fax in which I tried twice to send a fax and get pamcredit, to no avail.
So then I read a little on your support page and found to try beta version of skype, did this and the credit appeared for 16.00, but I only wanted to send 1 fax.

The "checking for available licenses" is from Skype's payment system. This is what Skype has told us that we should recommend our customers to do (2nd issue): viewtopic.php?f=2&t=9

I installed PamFax, purchased 5 euros of credit and now when I click on the PamFax desktop Icon to start PamFax I get a message "Checking for available license, please wait....." and then nothing happens. The money was deducted from my Skype credit but now I can't send any faxes.

I paid with my skype credit 2 times $6.40 and $ 3.20. I still dont have any credit on Pamfax......I'v tried to refresh licenses but there is a unexpected error on server and it gives me a support file. The money is taken from my skype account. I would like to have a refund.

Where exactly did it got stuck? Any message on the screen?
What is your Skype username so that we can look up what happened in the server logs (you can also send it via PM).
