If you want to remove the PamFax icon from the Word toolbar after installing PamFax, please follow the procedure below (Word 2003).

1. Menu View -> Toolbars -> Cutomize...
2. In The Dialog than appears: Commands -> Tools.
3. Drag the COM Add-Ins Item to a toolbar (and drop it there).
4. Close the Customize-Dialog.
5. Click on the (new) COM Add-Ins Item in the Toolbar.
6. Uncheck PamFax in the Dialog that opened.
7. Click OK.

In Word 2007 follow instructions below.

Open the Word options and browse to "Add-Ins". Click on "Manage COM Add-Ins". Uncheck the checkbox in the row "PamFax" and hit "Ok".
