I made a payment but I don't see any credits. How do I get my money back?
This is an issue related to Skype Extras Manager. To recover your credit, just start PamFax (on the same machine and with the same windows user logged in who bought the PamFax Credit) and right-click on the PamFax window. You will see a context menu with options. Click "Start credit recovery":

This should make your credits re-appear.
If this still does not help, just buy another 1€ via Skype Credit, which should then add the first payment to your PamFax Credit as well.
If that does not help, please open "Tools" -> "Do More" -> "Organize your Extras" from the Skype main window.
Then click "Options" in the bottom left corner of the "Skype Extras Manager" and switch to the "Troubleshooting" tab.
Now click on the "Save" button and save the .support file. We will forward this file to Skype support team so that they can check what happened to your payment and were it is stuck right now.
Skype is working on a solution to this problem right now.
