1 – Starting PamFax
PamFax can send virtually any document.
This tour will take you through the PamFax application screens and show you how easy sending a fax is and which functions are available.
First you need a PamFax account. You can do this by either downloading the PamFax application or creating an account via our website. In both cases this is done via a simple wizard and will take no longer than a few minutes.
Once you signed in, you will see the main screen of PamFax as shown below. You can directly access the main PamFax functions like sending a fax, your inbox, your history or buy credit. Professional and Basic Plan subscribers can access the inbox from here as well.
PamFax supports virtually any file type including Microsoft Office 2003/2007/2010 documents like Word, Excel, Powerpoint as well as all Open Office documents – all in all more than one hundred file types.
To fax one or more document(s), select “Send a File” and choose the file(s) you wish to send. If a scanner is connected to your computer and you want to send a fax this way, simply select “Scan a document” (only available with PamFax Windows).
Then continue to enter the fax number (one or multiple). You can optionally view the destination in Google Maps. After entering the recipient(s) you may select an optional cover sheet for your fax.
